Sessions run every weekday morning with flexible start times at 6:20am, 6:40am, 7am or 7:20am — no mirrors, no egos, just effort - sessions end at 7:40am.

Each morning is split into 4 x 20-minute modules or practices. You can:

I know what it’s like to juggle work, family, and life — and watch your health slip away.

For years, I worked in the corporate world. On the outside, things looked fine, but inside I was tired, stressed, and physically fading. I tried gyms, online courses, supplements, even personal trainers — nothing stuck. It all felt intimidating, unrealistic, or impossible to fit into my life.

After years of trial and error, I finally learned how to rebuild my health in a way that lasted. Transformation isn’t about extremes — it’s about realistic goals, structure, accountability, and a system you can trust. One where you don’t have to overthink it, because your coach and community have your back.

I’m not your typical trainer. I’m not a mountain of muscle — just a tall, skinny guy who has worked hard to stay youthful, active, and healthy. I still play sport, run around with my kids, and chase longevity every day.

My journey started when I began training with friends in my garage. That was my first “tribe.” Since then, I’ve spent 17 years building knowledge, training hundreds of clients, and seeing what really works. Trends and trainers have come and gone — but I’m still here, with the energy of a beginner and the experience of a seasoned coach. I take health seriously but with a light touch. We’ll set goals, train hard, and also laugh, stay humble, and enjoy the journey.

I haven’t exercised properly in years. Will I be able to keep up?

Absolutely. Exercises are time-based, so you work at your own pace. Do 1 rep or keep going the full time — either way, the program adjusts to your level. No judgement. No egos.

What if I miss a session? Do I have to come to all sessions?

Not at all. The 100 Tribe is built for real life. Sessions are flexible, supported by online access and take-home training. Come as often as suits your schedule — you’ll stay on track either way.

Where exactly does the face to face training take place?

Training takes place in a secluded part of Centennial Park known as The Labyrinth. It is just at the northern end of Willow Pond, just off Dickens Drive - right in the centre of the park.

No. The 100 Tribe provides coaching and guidance for general health and wellness. I am not a medical professional, and you should always seek medical advice for specific conditions or treatments. Think of me as your coach, not your doctor.
